I wish you could smell these fresh herbs! Our Vietnamese cooking class was such a big success with our students. They learned easy techniques to make fresh Spring Rolls at home, and several sauces to pair with them. It was quite fascinating to learn about Vietnam, its cuisine and culture. Our instructor, Annie Henrich, even gave us a list of fairly nearby retailers who carry the Vietnamese condiments used in the recipes. Everyone left class determined to make these fabulous rolls at home. We had a full crowd of enthusiastic students at both the morning and evening sessions.
