Class sessions are at 10:00 AM or 6:00 PM, and last about two hours. Cost is $30. Believe me, you will not leave this class with an empty stomach. On the menu are Dolmathes (Stuffed Grape Leaves), Lamb Gyros, Chickpea Salad, and a special Greek dessert.
