Not all Indian food has to be spicy/hot. The foods of India encompass many varieties of regional cuisines native to the country. Given the diversity of soil types, climate and available produce, the cuisines of India can differ significantly from one another. Though one third of the population of India is vegetarian, there are many wonderful recipes featuring chicken, lamb and goat meat.
Marisolio is proud to offer a class featuring Indian curry recipes, taught by our chef Nicole Sass and her assistant Shawna Hawkins. We hope you will join us as we make Chicken Masala, Green Curried Shrimp, Curried Homemade Hummus, and Condimento Fruit Lhasi. We offer two sessions, 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Cost is $30 per person.
