Preparing for the Big Feast


Are you feeling overwhelmed at the thought of preparing a large Thanksgiving meal?  Let Marisolio help you out with some fool proof and delicious recipes and suggestions for your Holiday Feast.    Our resident chef Nicole Sass and her capable assistant Shauna Hawkins will lead you through these great recipes that may just become part of your Thanksgiving traditions.  The menu is as follows:

Quinoa stuffing
Green bean cranberry sauté
Blackened turkey breast
Pumpkin soft cake with whipped cream frosting

Class scheduled for Tuesday November 19 at 10 AM and 6 PM.  Call the shop at (209) 728-8853 to make a reservation.  Class fee is $30.
