The Sandwich is one of History’s great inventions. A savory filling encased on both sides by some type of bread or bread-like wrapping, the varieties of sandwiches are infinite. We would like to show you how countries around the world have adapted this portable meal. At our upcoming Sandwiches Around the World class resident chef Nicole Sass plans to demonstrate Chilean Pork Sandwiches, Trinidad Chickpea Sandwiches, Pan Bagnat, Malaysian Omelette Sandwiches, and Fluffermutter for dessert.
It is easy to get into a rut with sandwiches, and this class will give you so many new ideas, you will pass up the PB & Js and Egg Salad for the foreseeable future.
Our Sandwich class is to be held on Tuesday, March 25, with a 10:00 AM session and a 6:00 PM session. Class fee is $30, with a $5 discount given if you bring a friend who also enrolls. Visit Marisolio at 488 Main Street, Murphys, to sign up, or give us a phone call at 209 728-8853209 728-8853.
