Confused about what the Paleo Diet is? Join the club. So many people are on the Paleo Diet these days, we thought it was time that we educate ourselves on just that entails. Our Marisolio staff chefs, Nicole Sass and Shauna Hawkins are going to clear up all the confusion and teach you some delicious recipes you can easily re-create at home.
What is the Paleo Diet? In a “nutshell” it is meats, poultry, fish, eggs, veggies, fruit, fungi, roots, nuts, tubers, natural oils (olive oil). The diet is gluten free and grain free. No legumes, sugar, dairy, or processed foods.
Our class menu will be:

Coconut Strawberry “Blondies”
Class is scheduled for May 13, with a morning session at 10:00 AM and an evening session at 6:00 PM. Class fee is $30 (with a $5 discount if you “bring a friend”). You will not leave hungry, we promise! Call the shop at (209) 728-8853 to register by phone.
