Are you interested in learning how to make some of the most popular Chinese dim sum appetizers? If so, do sign up for our Lunar New Year Feast Class, scheduled for next Tuesday, January 13. We still have a few spots available.
This class menu is chock full of savory Chinese appetizers that will amaze your guests and family. If you have a “fear of frying”, Chef Aubrey Hanshaw will help you over come it. Her tips on frying safely and mess free will be of value to you when cooking many types of cuisines that call for frying. The class is very “hands on” and you will get plenty of practice making won tons, spring rolls and potstickers.
The menu starts off with Hot Lemongrass Mint Oolong Tea, and follows with Crab Rangoon, Chinese Dumplings, Vegetarian Spring Rolls and Spicy Chinese Beef Salad.
Give us a call at (209) 728-8853 to sign up. Class fee is $30, with $5 off if you bring a friend. Or, stop by the shop at 488 Main Street, Murphys to sign up in person.
