Fabulous Filipino Feast

lumpia 2

The cooking of the Philippines is truly a fusion cuisine. It has evolved over many centuries to a mixed cuisine of Malay, Spanish, Chinese, and American, as well as other Asian and Latin influences. Guest chef Anet Reclusado will teach us some classic but easy Filipino recipes. Anet is a popular instructor for the Modesto Junior College Community Food Program. She has many years experience cooking and her classes are usually sell outs. Do register early so you can join in this fun and instructional class.

We offer two sessions, one at 10:00 AM and the second at 6:00 PM.  Class fee is $30, with $5 off second tuition if you bring a friend.

Shrimp Lumpia
