Well known local chef Jenny Baxter will teach this class on Main Dish Summer Salads for us here in our Marisolio kitchen. Jenny has experience as the food editor and contributor for the Calaveras Enterprise/Lodestar and Union Democrat, is a published cookbook author, and has had her own public access television show “Jenny’s Kitchen”. Currently she also runs her own catering business. We are delighted to have her as our guest chef for this informative class on Summer Salads. Jenny will share a few delicious main dish salad recipes with us, as well as numerous cooking tips that will make your life in the kitchen so much easier.

Class is to be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. There will be a 10:00 AM session as well as a 6:00PM session. Class fee is $30, with $5 off if you “bring a friend”.
