Gravenstein White Apple Balsamic Shrub
2 ounces vodka (chilled)
1/2 ounce Marisolio Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic (chilled)
3 ounces club soda or selzer (chilled)
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add vodka, Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic, and soda. Stir gently to mix and serve immediately.
Blackberry Cilantro Mojito
1 bunch fresh cilantro, cleaned
1 cup sugar
1 cup blackberries
1 T. Marisolio Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
4 lemons, juiced
4 limes, juiced
1 (750 ml bottle) light rum
1 liter club soda
In a large pitcher, muddle cilantro leaves with sugar and lemon and lime juices until well combined. Add ice, rum, blackberries, Blackberry Ginger Balsamic and club soda and stir together. Pour into glasses, straining out cilantro as needed.
