Mix 1 T. Marisolio Pomegranate Quince Balsamic with 2 T. Blood Orange or Persian Lime Olive Oils to make a salad dressing. Drizzle over a salad composed of Mixed Greens, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, toasted walnuts and a scattering of fresh pomegranate seeds.
Combine 4 oz EACH of diced green chiles, chopped black olives, chopped scallions and diced tomatoes. Mix with 2 T. Marisolio Pinot Noir Vinegar and 1 T. Chipotle Oil. This Hot Chile Dip will be divine at your next party. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
Next time you roast vegetables or potatoes, drizzle them with Marisolio Thyme Olive Oil. They will boost the flavor enormously. You can use our Thyme Olive Oil just about any time you would use dry or fresh thyme.
If you have a favorite pound cake recipe, try adding a tablespoon or so of Marisolio’s Mandarin Olive Oil to the batter. This will not only make your house smell divine as the cake bakes, but will result in the most flavorful pound cake ever!
Marisolio’s FS-17 is a very robust oil, just full of antioxidant properties and peppery taste. An easy holiday appetizer is Quick White Bean Dip. In a food processor, combine 2 cans of rinsed white cannellini beans , 2 T. Marisolio FS-17, & 2 minced garlic cloves. Process until combined. Add 1/2 cup chopped basil, 2 T. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Cover and process until blended. Serve with pita chips.
