With the advent of warmer weather, many of us find our thoughts returning to entertaining. If you are like me, you had a house full of people in November and December and found yourself settling in for quiet family nights by the fire in the months after. Now, the daffodils are up, the trees are in blossom and temperatures are more balmy. As a result, I have been imagining hosting some parties outside on my back porch and am wishing for some new recipes to try out on my friends.
Well known local Chef and Caterer, Jennifer Wren-Stoicheff will teach a class on Easy Entertaining for Marisolio on Tuesday, April 12. We will offer two sessions, one at 10 AM and the other at 6 PM. Cost for the class is $35. She will provide recipes, lecture and demonstration for the following dishes:
Spicy Marinated Carrots
Crispy Parmesan Asparagus Spears
Red Quinoa-Feta Bites
Potato Leek Soup
Roasted Whole Chicken with Arugula Salad
Fresh Strawberry and Lemon Curd “Eton Mess”
Give us a call at (209) 728-8853 to reserve your space in the class. Jennifer’s classes tend to sell out, so sign up early for this one!
