Byzantine Greek Easter Cooking Class

Marisolio is pleased to offer a class taught by Chef Dimitri Postolu on Tuesday, April 26.  This class is called “Byzantine Easter Dinner”, and features some classic Greek dishes you may have been afraid to try at home.  Never fear, after this class you will be confident enough in your skills to fix Spanikopita, Baklava, Mellanzano (eggplant dip), Tzatziki (cucumber dip) and Pastichio (Greek lasagna).  If you ever wished you had some tips on handling Phyllo dough, this is your chance to learn!

We just have a few openings left, so do call the shop at (209) 728-8853 to reserve your spot.  Class fee is $40.  Class sessions are offered at 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on April 26.  Class is to be held at Marisolio, 488 Main Street in Murphys.
