How To Use May’s Sale Products

Marisolio has some delicious olive oils and vinegars on sale during the month of May, and we’d like to give you some simple tips on how to use them.  You can make the simplest recipes taste even more delicious with the use of our oils and balsamics.

Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil:  parsley, mint, and lemon zest are the primary flavors in this wonderful olive oil.  Try adding some to your next batch of Tabouli Salad, or perhaps rubbing it over your chicken prior to grilling.

Barnea Extra Virgin Olive Oil:  this medium intensity olive oil is just what you need for your basic spring and summer cooking.  With a hint of green apple, you can use this oil in your salad dressings, marinades and for bread dipping.

Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil:  the fresh lime flavor in this olive oil is perfect for your summer salads.  We also like to pair it with Blackberry Ginger Balsamic and brush it over grilled salmon.

Strawberry Balsamic Condimento:  great over fresh berries or ice cream.  As a salad dressing, it is wonderful paired with any of our citrus based olive oils.  Try it next time you make a spinach salad.

Champagne Wine Vinegar:  this is a must in home made mayonnaise!  Try it, you will never feel the same about store bought again.

Dark Chocolate Balsamic Condimento:  one of our best sellers.  This balsamic is so decadent over ice cream–you will not miss the flavor or the calories.  This is amazing drizzled over sliced bananas.

Stop by the shop at 488 Main Street in Murphys to sample this month’s sale offerings.  Tasting is always free.  You can also order by phone at (209) 728-8853 or on our website
